2. Danny’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Q
This locally-owned barbecue restaurant slowly grills all of its meat in a giant wood pit to make its hamburgers naturally tender. As well as hamburgers, this eatery offers meat by the pound, several delicious sides, and more.
This restaurant offers a delivery service, but there is plenty of room to dine in and a drive-through service for busy customers. We recommend you pack your whole family into your Ford F-150 and make the journey to 850 E Corsicana Street for a delicious family meal. There’s plenty of room for up to six people in this pick-up truck, depending on the trim.
3. Pitt Grill Restaurant
Although Pitt Grill Restaurant is primarily a breakfast spot, that doesn’t make their hamburgers any less satisfying. Hungry diners can enjoy a great range of meals at any time of the day in this affordable 24-hour restaurant.

4. Boathouse Bar and Grill
Boathouse Bar and Grill is a couple of miles outside the town center, but it’s worth the drive if only for the fantastic views of Lake Athens. You won’t be disappointed by the food here. The marina burger is a highlight of its broad menu.
